Registration Options

Ticket	Price	Description
Regular	165 CHF	Open to everyone.
SwissPUG	140 CHF	If you are a member of the Swiss PostgreSQL Users Group association, you are eligible for this rate. Corporate members can use it for up to four participants. If you are not yet a member, you can join here.
Community Supporter	220 CHF	See below.
Discounted	65 CHF	This is available to registered students and can be requested if you cannot afford the regular options. Please contact us if you are unsure.

VAT is not collected for this conference.

Community Supporter

The community supporter ticket is more expensive, but gives no additional benefits over the general admission — except for a warm and fuzzy feeling. The purpose is to provide an option to anyone interested in giving a little extra to the community and help funding discounted tickets for students.

What's Included

Access to the keynotes and all sessions (English and German) on both days in two parallel tracks.
An amazing hallway track if you prefer to chat with other attendees.
Lunch in the mensa on both days and plenty of coffee throughout the day with some snacks during the breaks.
The networking event with buffet dinner on Thursday evening.

Registration Details

Registration and invoices

To complete your registration, you'll need access to your email inbox to receive a confirmation code.

Confirmed speakers will not be required to register for the conference.

The registration fee varies depending on the type of registration. After registering, you will receive an invoice which must be paid in advance of the conference using one of the offered payment methods, before its due date. Your registration will only be valid once the invoice has been paid.

You can register multiple attendees on one invoice. To do so, please provide the names and email addresses of the additional attendees in the comments field.

Although we don't issue formal tickets, you will receive an email to confirm your registration. When you arrive, simply identify yourself to receive your badge. If you have any questions about payment, or if you are unable to pay before the conference (e.g. for late registrations), please contact the treasurer.

VAT

Swiss PostgreSQL Users Group is not VAT registered and therefore no VAT is collected.

Payments

Attendee invoices are due for payment within 14 days or the day before the conference at the latest.

Payments can be made via a national bank transfer (QR-Rechnung) in Swiss Francs (CHF). When paying from abroad, we also accept SEPA payments in the approximate equivalent value converted to Euros (EUR), subject to a surcharge of EUR 3. For all other bank payment methods (e.g. SWIFT international bank transfers), the sender must cover all charges.

You can also pay by online payment using either Credit Card, PostFinance or Twint. You will receive a secure payment link via which you can complete the transaction.

Visa invitation letter

If you need a visa invitation letter, please get in touch with the organization committee. Please be aware that we cannot offer visa funding.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us via email for manual handling. The refund we can offer depends on when you cancel so please cancel as soon as you know you won’t be able to make it to the event.

Cancellations on or after June 6, 2026 cannot be refunded. In the unlikely case that the event is cancelled by the organisers, you will receive a full refund.
